POSITION INFO:
Job Description Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows. Develop and support bidirectional integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms. Build and maintain AWS integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Configure and enhance Event Management capabilities. Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and integration frameworks. Configure and support Service Catalog Items and Request Workflows. Minimum Requirements Matric Relevant Tertiary qualification \/ Certifications preferred (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) \/ or other) 5+ Years relevant experience working as a ServiceNow Developer Experience in Bidirectional Integration, AWS integration, Event management Strong integration API and scripting skills Knowledge of CMDB administration, DevOps change, Catalog items
