Service Sales Consultant

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Sales Consultant to drive sales growth in service-related offerings for power and cooling solutions. Join us if you have a passion for sales strategy and business development!

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Business development Customer Relationship management Quotations, tenders and sales administration Maintain strong knowledge of company products (UPS, Generators, Cooling, Batteries) and related service offerings Understand the technical application of products to deliver optimal, value-driven service solutions Negotiate commercial terms and contracts Support service-focused marketing campaigns and events Prepare and deliver professional presentations Conduct lead research for new markets Qualifications and Experience: Matric with tertiary qualification in sales, business or technical discipline 5 to 10 years of sales experience within electrical, engineering, or power solutions industry Demonstrated success in selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, or after-sales support solutions Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms Technical understanding of generators, cooling systems, batteries, or UPS solutions (advantageous)
