Our client in the Information Technology industry is seeking a Service Support Engineer, with a strong network background, to join their team in Pretoria, Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Service Support Engineer
Industry: Information Technology
Location: Arcadia, Pretoria
Salary: Market Related
Duration: Permanent

Experience and Knowledge:

5 years minimum experience.
Degree (added advantage).
Patching.
Free radius.
WSUS.
Networking certification.
Open API Integration.
Calix and Networks (Telco) certification and experience would be beneficial.
Vulnerability Management.

Skills and Attributes:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Proven organisational and administration skills.
Able to perform under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to work well within a team and individually.
Deadline driven.

Specific Requirements:

Own transport.
No criminal record.
Solid and positive references.
