JOB SUMMARY:
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary technology team, and work closely with customers (business, software vendors and partners)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The key focus areas of this role are:

Triage and undertake root-cause analysis of support incidents and issues across technology assets within the IT team, applying workaround and guidance with users as needed.
Identify, analyse, and resolve service support requests across technology assets within the IT Team, adhering to endorsed enterprise practices.
Collaborate with IT product delivery teams to ensure effective handover of complex incidents and service requests, adhering to endorsed enterprise practices
Work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders to support IT operations
Support execution of business-as-usual activities, including software installation, business continuity, audit support, etc, adhering to endorsed enterprise practices

Knowledge acquired awareness and/or expertise:

2+ years of experience in providing IT support, covering end-to-end IT operations.
Excellent understanding of IT applications, infrastructure/network and cloud technologies.
Excellent understanding of ITIL and ticketing systems.
Strong exposure in working with vendor partners.
Good understanding of DevOps and SDLC frameworks.
Good understanding of Agile (Scrum/SAFe) frameworks.
Good understanding of CI/CD practices and toolsets
