Service Technician – Building Installations

SUMMARY:
Are you ready to put your knowledge to work in hospitals, schools, municipalities, and even the Dutch Navy? As a Service Technician in utility installations, you will contribute directly to healthy and comfortable indoor climates in buildings across the Den Helder region.

POSITION INFO:
As a Service Technician, your job goes beyond maintenance—you are part of a team dedicated to reliability, innovation, and sustainability in HVAC solutions. You’ll:

• Perform preventive and project-based maintenance on HVAC installations and building management systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex malfunctions (standby duty every 8–10 weeks, including evenings and weekends).
• Work closely with clients and plan interventions around their core operations (such as surgeries, classes, or meetings).
• Contribute to improvement and sustainability efforts.
• Provide clear work and advisory reports after each visit.

• A Red Seal trade qualification (Electrician, Millwright, or similar).
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance and HVAC systems.
• A valid driver’s license (Code B).
• Strong communication skills in English; willingness to learn Dutch.
• VCA VOL safety certification (or willingness to obtain it through us).
