SUMMARY:
Service Technician
Johannesburg, Gauteng
R 25 000 - R 35 000 (depending on experience) + company vehicle + cellphone allowance + medical aid contribution

Our client in the agricultural industry is looking for a dynamic and team player to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Tertiary technical or agricultural qualification
Must have technical/mechanical and agricultural background
Good communication skills in Afrikaans and English
Valid driver's license and able to pull a trailer
Willingness to travel

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, calibrate, and repair spray systems (booms, pumps, nozzles, controllers, hydraulics)
Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues mainly Sprayers and Fertilizer Spreaders
Calibrate flow rates, ensure proper nozzle selection (ISOBUS and GPS understanding)
Provide customer-facing support and training
Travelling to farms for support, servicing and installations
Exhibition and preparations of exhibition
