ESSENTIAL SKILLS YOU BRING TO THE PARTY: Youâre a ServiceNow Advanced User and an IT Service Management Advanced User You rock Problem, Incident, and Change Management You own Operational Elements like planning, testing, deployment, and refinement You're a Technical Lifecycle Management Advanced User with solid Security Management know-how Youâre ready for additional responsibilities as defined by the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter Â BONUS POINTS IF YOUâVE GOT: Agile development methodologies experience Know-how in Confluence \/ Jira, DevOps Familiarity with Apache Kafka , Kibana , Grafana , or Terraform Working knowledge of Cloud Architecture Â YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A relevant IT Degree, Diploma, or equivalent Work Experience 5â8 years as a Software Engineer 1+ year experience with Public Cloud platforms Â WHAT YOUâLL BE DOING (AND ROCKING AT): Collaborating with Team Leads, Stakeholders, and IT Product Owners on operations Ensuring high-quality operability throughout application lifecycles Owning IT Operations processes (IT.03 Monitor and Operate IT Product) Leading release, change, and technical lifecycle management Prioritising and advising on application scope and resource decisions Championing KPIs, security measures, availability, and post-mortem reviews Supporting Agile processes and IT governance every step of the way Â WHATâS IN IT FOR YOU?
