SUMMARY:
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Onsetter Certificate
- Blasting Certificate for hard rock mining
- Minimum 2 years experience in shaft and construction work
- Strong safety leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure health and safety of team during conveyance work, following standards and procedures.
- Conduct inspections as per Health and Safety Act and company standards.
- Uphold zero harm culture by adhering to legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Perform pre-work assessments and participate in safety meetings.
- Assist in basic construction tasks like concrete laying, water line installation, and site barricading.
