REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 or equivalent
A Production or Supervisory-related qualification
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
Computer literacy MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
Good communication skills in English, written and verbal
Experience in SAP advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing and managing shift operations to ensure efficient production, quality and logistics processes
Maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely delivery of products, and optimizing cost-effectiveness while upholding safety and compliance standards
Operations and production management
Staff supervision and development
Housekeeping and compliance
Equipment and material management
Administrative and reporting duties
