Client looking for a talented and experienced Shift Supervisor to ensure that all reported incidents of suspected theft, hijackings, missing persons, verifications, etc. are activated timeously and accurately to effectively manage the recovery thereof.
You need the following
- Higher Certificate in Law Enforcement, Criminology, Customer Service or a related field at NQF Level 5
- Advantage: Graduate or Post Graduate Qualifications in the field of Criminology and/or Law Enforcement. NQF 6.
- Essential: Five years’ experience in an emergency contact / control centre, of which 2 years must include supervisory experience. Motivational
- PSIRA Grade B certification
