POSITION INFO:
Shift Supervisor - Mooinooi Mid Career (Above 6 yrs exp) Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team in Mooinooi. As a Shift Supervisor in the mining industry, you will report to the Engineer and oversee operations on a day-to-day basis. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in mining operations Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Monitor and maintain production targets Train and mentor subordinates Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 qualification Minimum 3 years' experience in a mining\/plant environment Previous Supervisor experience advantageous Supervisory and mineral processing training Minimum of 3 years Chrome plant experience Clean criminal record Medical fitness as per organizational requirements Competencies: Strong SHEQ awareness Results-oriented mindset Excellent people and communication skills Ability to contribute to team success If you meet the above requirements and are looking to advance your career in the Mining sector, we want to hear from you.
