SUMMARY:
Shift Supervisor (Production) Needed Urgently!

Are you a dynamic leader ready to steer production processes towards excellence? Our client is seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to join their team and drive performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate machine operators and stakeholders in the production process.
Prepare materials for manufacturing and oversee their usage in accordance with quality standards and specific work instructions.
Ensure compliance with ITAF16949:2016 standards.
Plan and prioritize daily production activities.
Manage staff effectively to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 Senior certificate.
Post-Matric qualification in Production Management (added advantage).
Advanced Injection Moulding setting qualification and/or NQF4 supervisory qualification.
5 years experience in an Injection Moulding manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in planning, staff management, and productivity optimization.
