MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

Assist Airfreight and Sea Freight controllers with daily work function

QUALIFICATIONS:

Matric
Preferably - Completed 3 year Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and transport

DUTIES:

ERP updates

Ensure that ROE is updated in ERP system daily
BILL Splitting
VMS updates

Clearing

Tariff invoices
Verify BOE’s
Prepare clearing instructions

Settlement

Support on settlement to achieve set deadlines
Generate cost estimates accurately and timelessly

General Admin

Stationary
Scanning/printing filling
Ad-hoc work

REQUIRED SKILL & COMPETENCIES

Technical:

Competent on MS Office Suite
Effective Communication skills
Planning
Time Management
