SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a Agile Master!! SA Citizens Only
12 Month renewable Contract

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Years of Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile software development
• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in the role agile master

Minimum Qualification Required:

• Relevant IT / Business Degree or equivalent experience

Role Tasks:

• Create and evolve working model with team
• Setup team meeting structure
• Support in creating Sagas, Epics and Stories in a way that allows transparent and efficient development
• Help team members to structure there work efficiently
• Take care of impediments

Specific Technical/Functional Skills:

• Agile, Jira, Confluence

Soft Skills:

• Profound knowledge of AGILE software development
• Great communication skills
• Profound knowledge of the Company Agile Working Model
• Ability to work interdependently as well as independently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality
• Above-board work ethics
• Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required
• Willing and able to travel internationally
