SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a Maintenance for a Maintenance Operations and Build Management Consultant..

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Years of Experience:

• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years IT working experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations environment.

Minimum Qualification Required:

• Relevant IT / Business Degree or equivalent experience

Role Tasks:

• Setup and maintain build pipelines
• Automate build processes
• Setup and maintain staged infrastructure environments in cloud rooms
• Monitor and operate infrastructure and applications
• Setup and maintain operation process (like ITSM support structure)
• Action and resolve IM (Incident Management) tickets
• Action and resolve CIM (Critical Incident Management) tickets as required
• Raise and lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified
• Action and coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets as required

Generic Technical/Functional Skills:

• ITSM
• ResolveIT
• ConnectIT – configuration management.
• ITSSP – HW provisioning system.
• ITIL process knowledge @the Company
• Knowledge of AGILE software development and DevOps Git, Bitbucket
• Jenkins
• Nexus
• CI/CD
• OpenShift & Azure

Specific Skills:

• SAP PM

Soft Skills:

• Costumer oriented thinking (problem solving, defect fixing)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work interdependently as well as independently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality
• Above-board work ethics
• Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required
• Willing and able to travel internationally
