Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced actuary to join our team as a Short-Term Capital and Reserving Actuarial Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the short-term capital and reserving processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing strategic insights to senior management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement short-term capital and reserving strategies
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics
Prepare and present reports to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives
Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

Fellow of the Society of Actuaries or equivalent
5+ years of experience in actuarial science, with a focus on capital and reserving
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
