Showroom / Branch Manager - Nelspruit

SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Branch Manager with excellent Customer and Sales service experience, that can use your expertise managing a team that are supplying architectural products for large corporate and commercial projects? Our client requires your experience managing staff, preparing budgets and financial control for all projects from beginning to end successfully.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relevant qualification advantageous

Own transport

Minimum 10 years branch management experience

Budget control experience

Extensive Customer and Sales experience ESSENTIAL

Energetic, flexible and highly organised

Ability to follow health and safety practices

Bilingual with excellent staff communication skills

Work hours, Mon – Fri 8 to 5 pm

DUTIES

Management of the branch in all areas

Managing and disciplining staff, 1 Admin Lady and 3 Warehouse assistants

Employing new staff when needed

Extensive Sales and Customer service including business development

Preparing Annual Budgets.

Money collection and banking

Stock Control

Customer credit control in consultation with the Financial Manager

Ensuring Company vehicles are well maintained ensuring that they are always roadworthy

Implementation and management of the company’s safety policies

Salary: R22,500   dependent on experience
