JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description

The Chief Connecta is broadly responsible for achieving set sales targets applicable to an assigned area. This includes the
management and execution of the overall business development, operational, customer service and client retention strategies,
supervising the routine performance of their Connectas. Travel is a requirement of the position. Must have a drivers licence

Key Responsibility Areas

Chief Connectas are responsible for their team of Connectas (Field Sales Agents):
â¢ Chief Connectas must ensure that Connectas minimum Connection targets are reached
â¢ Chief Connectas are responsible for recruiting Connectas onto their teams
â¢ Motivate their Connectas to sell and achieve their targets
â¢ Track and monitor sales performance of their teams
â¢ Report on sales numbers to the Regional Sales Manager
â¢ Connectas meet by Chief Connecta at agreed place every morning
â¢ Stock must be given to Connectas by Chief Connecta to sell
Chief Connectas are responsible for Issuing Stock:
â¢ Issue stock
â¢ The Stock must be handled with care
â¢ The Stock is the responsibility of the Chief Connecta
â¢ Weekly stock takes to be done
Chief Connectas are responsible for banking money from sales:
â¢ Money must be collected by Chief Connecta for all stock sold daily
â¢ All the Money must be banked the same day
â¢ The Money is the responsibility of the Chief Connect
