Site Acquisition Specialist

SUMMARY:
Our Cape Town based client seeks the services of an established Site Acquisition Specialist to perform management of Lease Agreements, Ensuring that the leases comply with specifications and the requirements of The Law Contracts.

POSITION INFO:

• Management of Lease Agreements and Collection of Lease supporting documents.
• Ensuring that the leases comply with specifications and the requirements of The Law Contracts.
• Training Sub-contractors on lease execution.
• Drafting lease clauses and legal documents for the approval of Attorneys.
• MALAT applications and Amended lease clause negotiations with landlords.
• Generating Site Acquisition Purchase Requests.
• Receiving and Proof reading of Site Acquisition invoices.
• Loading of Leases, supporting documents and drawings on the system (NIMS).
• Third Party Management. (Applications and approvals).
• At least 1–2-year town-planning/property/site acquisition experience.
• A solid understanding of the real estate/property laws, terms, definitions, and legal documents necessary to secure a client''s real property interests for the purposes of installing a Communication Facility.
• Valid driver''s license is required and Experience working with local zoning jurisdictions preferred
• A proven ability to work efficiently, multi-task, meet stringent deadlines and achieve project goals.
• Strong leadership, organizational and written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work in a schedule-driven environment.
• A "can do" attitude while being highly adaptable, flexible, willing to perform multiple functions, and a team player.
