JOB DESCRIPTION:

Proficiency in Portuguese The incumbent will be based on site in Angola.

The role of the Site Administrator is to control all administrative functions on site during the construction phase of the project and support the Site Manager and the rest of the project team.

Our ideal candidate is experienced, responsible, and team-focused.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the following:

All site administration in relation to the project and construction e.g. correspondence, communication, minutes, meeting arrangements, etc
To ensure all site records and archives are kept up to date
All office related activities
Personnel logistics and travel requirements
General administration functions

Requirements and Qualifications

Any relevant administrative qualification
5 years relevant experience. Experience in a project/construction/office environment advantageous.
Able to multi-task
Orderly
Innovative
Able to take control
Values procedures
Can administer quality data and information
High level of competence in Microsoft, Excel
Proficiency in Portuguese and English advantageous
