Reporting to: Operations

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate NEC3 contract administration records
Document control and management
General administrative duties as instructed by the Project Manager
Accurate filing (electronic and hard copy)
Professional English business correspondence
Liaising with clients and relevant stakeholders
Updating contract costs and preparing invoicing
Providing administrative support to site and project teams
Previous experience in Engineering & Construction environments
Sound knowledge of NEC3 contracts
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
