Are you an experienced Site Agent with a passion for construction projects? We're seeking a skilled individual to lead the building of a three-storey, 50-unit development in Paarl. This exciting project includes basement parking, a commercial section on the ground floor, and a total project value of approximately R50 million.

**Requirements:**
- Construction qualification
- Demonstrated experience in similar projects

**Responsibilities:**
- Overseeing all aspects of the construction process
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Managing subcontractors and site personnel
- Maintaining project schedules and budgets

**Salary:** Up to R70,000 CTC, negotiable based on experience and skill level.
