Site Agent / Construction Site Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client is a fast-growing and reputable construction company known for delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across the Western Cape. They pride themselves on excellence, safety, and strong team collaboration.

POSITION INFO:
They are looking for an experienced and driven Construction Site Manager to oversee and coordinate daily site operations. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Duties:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
• Ensure adherence to construction plans, specifications, and health & safety regulations
• Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks
• Maintain daily site records and reports
• Liaise with clients, Architects, Engineers, and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve any site issues or delays

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry
• Relevant Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
• Optional: SACPCMP registration or equivalent is a strong advantage
