M + 4, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree or Equivalent.
Professional Registration with ECSA.
Government Certificate of Competency
BSc. Engineering, Certificate of competency, MDP

Work experience
5 years Senior Facilities Manager in Health Care / Manufacturing Environment as Engineering Manager
Previous Experience in Steam Operating and stand Boiler
Previous General Machinery Regulation 2(1) appointee for (Premises)
Management of sub-contractors and SLA’s
Thorough understanding of LRA and IR Management

Strong computer literacy.

Strong Leader
Customer Service Centric
Strategic planning Skills
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
Project & Resource Management Skills
Sound knowledge of Building and Engineering systems and processes
