We're Hiring: Site Manager – Chrome Wash Plant

Location: Rustenburg Area | Type: Full-Time | Industry: Mining / Mineral Processing

POSITION INFO:

About the Role

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead operations at our Chrome Wash Plant. This is a critical role focused on managing production, ensuring safety compliance, leading a strong team, and optimizing plant performance. You’ll work closely with senior management and have the autonomy to make decisions that directly impact production success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all day-to-day operations of the Chrome Wash Plant
Lead and supervise plant teams, including shift supervisors and operators
Drive production targets while ensuring safety and environmental compliance
Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot operational challenges
Ensure proper maintenance planning and equipment reliability
Maintain accurate production and performance reporting
Manage site budgets, resources, and cost controls
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or related field
5+ years’ experience in a mineral processing environment
At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
Solid experience in Chrome or PGM wash plants (gravity separation, spirals, DMS)
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Hands-on approach with a safety-first mindset
