SUMMARY:
Experienced Site Manager opportunity , luxury residential , Somerset West , interested ?

POSITION INFO:

Minimum qualification N.Diploma or similar, min 8 years site experience, must have exposure to residential housing developments and apartments, with strong finishing experience on luxury residential.

Duties / requirements

Personnel management on site.
Prepare progress reports
JBCC contractual knowledge
Manage project cash flow
MS Projects and CCS (Programing and valuations).
Effective decisions making pertaining to daily production.
Supervising staff and sub-contractors.
Human and Plant resource control.
Delegation and control.
Ensure implementation of the SHEQ systems
Compliance with the OHS Act and Regulation, COID Act, Labour Relations Act.
Industrial and Labour relations.
Performance management.
Setting out and level outset.
Record employee (working hours) attendance.
Material requisitions and stock control.
Follow and adhere to construction program.
Site administration & filing.
Ensure that production and quality objectives and targets are being met.
Ensure that day-works, Instructions from the client and any other variations are reported to the Contract Manager prior to commencement of the work.
Work and plan jointly with the rest of the Site Supervisory Staff.
Minimise unnecessary costs and maximise resource utilisation.
Build team atmosphere
Build strong Client relationship.
Report all defects or possible problem areas immediately to direct senior
