Site Manager (Electrician) - Midrand
Exciting opportunity available for a Site Manager in Midrand. This is a mid-management role (approximately 50%) and the incumbent must have strong technical knowledge in electric work and will from time to time undertake the role of technical specialist on the job.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The primary responsibilities of this position will be to ensure that the on-site installation build fulfils the client’s needs, expectations, and design specifications. The role will include the following, but not limited to:

Understanding and complying with Health & Safety requirements;
Order, receive and return site material to and from the store manager as required;
Loading & unloading of vehicles;
Assessing & planning installation build on site (site visit);
Managing teams on site;
Complete required staff and site documentation for feedback to HOD Installations;
Finalise commissioning and testing.

This role will require the following Qualification & Experience:

Qualified Installation Electrician / Qualified Electrician;
Management Diploma / qualification along with (3-5 years) management experience (advantageous);
Industrial automation experience PLC etc (3-5 years);
Solid EC&I knowledge;
Mechanical Knowledge (advantageous);
Sound knowledge of South African Electrical Standards;
SHE knowledge.
