SUMMARY:
We''re recruiting a Site Manager in the Construction Sector Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery while coordinating teams, resources, and subcontractors effectively. 18 MONTHS CONTRACT

POSITION INFO:

Site Manager (KwaZulu-Natal) 18 Month Contract

Minimum Requirements:

BSc/BTech Civil Engineering.
Registered with ECSA (PrEng) or SACPCMP (PrCM).
10 years or more experience in civil infrastructure (bulk water pipelines, river diversion, access roads).
Proven record of completing at least 7 similar bulk water projects.
Own transport an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage site teams to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction activities, resources, and costs.
Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and project reporting.
Enforce SHEQ and QA standards across all site operations.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
