Site Manager – Residential Property Development (HEC2336)

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years’ Property Development Experience – Residential
Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or Engineering or related
Previous site manage experience – Residential is essential
Willingness to continuously learn and develop;
Professional and environmental aptitude;
Strong negotiation and persuasion ability;
Time management and effective planning and organizing;
Ability to manage stress and work pressure;
Ability to work well with clients;
Strong communication skills on all levels; and
Ability to action and drive results and outcomes.
