JOB SUMMARY:
Site Agent / Site Manager required to work on upmarket Residential Estate in Wellington to the construction value of R50 million

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Building degree or diploma is essential

Duties:

Contract Initiation and Implementation
Ordering of all materials
Regular interaction with clients and consultants including chairing professional meetings
Effective programming and execution of overall construction programme
Responsible for leading the whole construction team
Management of site staffing and labour
Management and Control of Sub-Contractors
Quality control monitoring
Co-ordinating between various trades
Maintaining relationship with Architect, PQS's, and clients for future contracts
Training existing and new staff to improve their skills within the company
Assisting with management of plant and transport logistics
