SUMMARY:
The service includes the implementation of the quality assurance and the quality control at site. The mission can include simple equipment jobs till turnkey projects.

POSITION INFO:

In particular the mission consists to:

  • Contribute to the establishment of the quality at site:
  1. Assure that the site organization is set in place
  2. Issue site quality reports
  3. Share Lessons Learned for continuous improvement
  • Insure the deployment and the good understanding of  the quality insurance and quality control plans:
  1. Contribute to the management of the material at receipt
  2. Pilot construction and commissioning documents recording
  3. Check qualification of the personnel, the validity of surveillance and measurement equipment
  4. Manage the quality documentation emitted by the site
  5. Lead Customer witness points and site audits
  • Contribute to regulatory and statutory conformance:
  1. Coordinate notified bodies
  2. Enforce requirements application provide necessary site data, in order to prove compliance to the requirements
  • Control the use of  applicable execution documents:
  1. Insure the distribution of valid execution documents
  2. Manage execution documents changes
  • Control installation conformance:
  1. Check implementation of design modifications
  2. Assure non-conformities follow-up and resolution
  3. Release the product when conform, establish the punchlist and coordinate “As-installed” documents
  4. Stop the work if the execution conditions are inadequate
  • Deliverables
  1. Site quality reports
  2. Lessons Learned for continuous improvement
  3. Quality documentation emitted by the site
  4. Site data, in order to prove compliance to the requirements
  5. Non-conformities and resolution follow-up
