SUMMARY:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Site Supervisor in Pietermaritzburg Industrial to manage daily site activities and ensure the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating workers and subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring all work meets required specifications and deadlines. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving productivity, quality, and team performance on-site.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must have experience in the HR and Employment field.
Experience managing and controlling staff
Matric with Math’s. Basic excel skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Industry knowledge is vital
Code 8 driver’s license
Customer service excellence
