Site Supervisor

SUMMARY:
Our client who deals with manufacturing is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage operations on the manufacturing site. The company is based in Sunderland Ridge. The successful candidate will lead a team of workers, coordinate daily activities, and ensure high-quality production output.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Team Leader or in a similar leadership role in manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production schedules
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity and teamwork
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• [Degree/Diploma/Certificate] in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and own transport (preferred).

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring safe and effective operations.
• Manage a team of production workers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules and deadlines.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Monitor the usage of materials, tools, and machinery to minimize waste.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and safety inspections.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Logistics) for smooth operations.
• Report on site performance to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement.
