  • Ensure that client staffing requirements are met timeously
  • Ensure that weekly payroll is captured and submitted to the payroll department
  • Facilitate / Induct employeeâ??s on site specific Health Safety requirements
  • Ensure that correct PPE is issued to all employees on site and that the PPE register is signed by all employees
  • Ensure that there is always sufficient PPE available and stored
  • Ensure that relationships with service providers in the area is maintained e.g.: Bhekwell training, Carepoint
  • Conduct monthly audits in terms of equipment, PPE and all other safety aspects in line with clients specific site operational requirements
  • Ensure that invoices are raised in line with the client specific invoicing requirements
  • Ensure that LOAâ??s are received and processed on time for payment purposes
  • Manage and maintain relationships with both the client and the employees on site
  • Ensure that the time and attendance system is adhered to at all times
  • Ensure that access cards are updated and aligned to the POâ??s for the specific departments in which the employees are allocated
  • Ensure that training is done and renewed prior to expiry dates
  • Attend to wage queries and leave administration
  • Ensure that IR related matters are properly addressed including CCMA referrals
  • Conduct incident investigations
  • Update safety file on site with relevant information
  • Ensure that back-up staff is readily available and suitable trained
  • Be on stand-by to attend to site emergencies as and when they occur
  • Regular and ongoing communication with the relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Be the face on the company at client premises
  • Manage, guide and take corrective action when justified to do so.
  Skills and Experience:

  Essential Qualification:

  • Tertiary Qualification
  • 3 â?? 5 years managing employees in TES industry

  Qualification preferred education:

  • HR / IR Qualification
  • 3 years plus in TES technical projects
  • Understanding and capturing of payroll
  • Business Development (TES)

  Experience required:

  • The role will be to oversee the site operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards in compliance with the clients SHERQ requirements.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders on regular and ongoing basis. 
  Other:

  Work environment:

  The work environment: exposed to high temperature / heat exposure, high noise level, dusty environment / construction.

  Physical demands:

  Driving between the office and clients premises.

  Travel:
