Site Supervisor - Civil

Location: CPT - Northern Suburbs (Outskirts)
Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)Type: Permanent

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Passed Grade 12 / NQF4 or relevant tertiary qualification (beneficial)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years as General Foreman on civil projects
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing construction teams (pipelines, earthworks, roads, concrete works)
- Knowledge of construction methods (SANS 1200)
- Basic civil survey and setting out skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to train and mentor upcoming foremen and labourers
- Valid driverâs license (Code EB or higher)
