Site Supervisor - Engineering and Maintenance (Mining)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing site tasks, maintenance work, and refurbishment projects.
• Managing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Managing technical staff and liaising with customers on-site.
• Maintaining and repairing equipment such as crushers, pumps, valves, motors, and conveyor systems.
• Implementing site management systems for efficient work execution.
• Reporting on site progress, quality, and risk management.
  
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven site supervision experience in the mining, engineering, or industrial sector.
• Strong background in mechanical maintenance, process plants, and equipment servicing.
• Solid knowledge of crushers, pumps, centrifuges, vibrating screens, and related machinery.
• Technical qualifications in engineering, fitting & turning, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in site execution and maintenance projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• SHEQ awareness – ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
• Wiling & able to travel.
