SUMMARY:
Our client in the Manufacturing Industry, has an EE opportunity available for a Skills Development Facilitator, to be based in the Umhlanga, KZN area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Degree / Diploma (Business / HR / Learning or equivalent)
3-5 years’ experience in Learning & Development
Impressive, demonstrable track record and skills/experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level
SDF certification and registration is an added advantage

KPAs:

Compile annual WSP and ATR reports
Compile BBB-EE reports, monitors progress and advises entities on activities required to achieve annual scorecard targets
Design and maintain an L&D quality management system
Participate in progress reviews and exit interviews of learners and trainees
Conduct internal audits within L&D to ensure functional excellence standards are maintained
Facilitate internal training programs within own area of expertise and conducts competence assessments
Conduct internal & external internal reporting for compliance with the QMS and legislation
