An established legal practice in Pretoria East is looking for a Senior Foreclosure Secretary who can confidently manage the undefended process from start to finish.

POSITION INFO:
If you're comfortable with high volumes, know how to keep matters moving under pressure, and can communicate professionally with clients and debtors, your experience will be genuinely valued here. Key Requirements 3-5 years' banking foreclosure experience is essential. Proven ABSA Bank foreclosure experience is required. Experience with ABSA deceased-estate foreclosures will be a strong advantage. Solid knowledge and practical experience across the full undefended foreclosure process . Able to manage high volumes, competing deadlines and pressure effectively. Strong verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to engage directly with clients and debtors . Highly organised, accurate and comfortable working independently within established processes.
