Snr Accountant (Retail)
Based in Melrose Arch
R300 000 - R400 000 ctc

The client is a Multinational distributor in the fashion industry, looking for a Senior Accountant based in Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Good working knowledge of the finance & accounting functions in Fashion Retail and or Consumer Products industry.
Must have Navision experience
Managing a turnover of R15 0 + million
Will be reporting into Dubai
Must have strong Distribution knowledge
Will only be dealing with Sales and Procurement side and the rest is done by external Accounting firm but candidate will vet and control all reports
Ability to manage various accounting activities including preparation of reports for management, liaising with SARS, Government authority, Financial institute, Customers, Supplier, other legal entity and business partners.
Successfully standardize and manage the accounting and maintain uniform accounting policies applying IFRS, should also have knowledge of RSA tax structure (income tax, Vat and other import/export duties).
Ability to manage the team of 10-15 people with good communication skill. (Operations Team)
