Senior Admissions Manager – Education Sector
Salary Band: R600,000 to R720,000 TCTC per annum
Based in Sunninghill

Minimum requirements:
Qualification:
- Educated to tertiary level or equivalent qualification/experience.
- NQF 8 (Postgraduate level) qualification
Experience:1. Good understanding of SA higher education policy.
2. Prior experience in managing admissions in a tertiary institution.
3. A proven record of generalist administrative experience
4. Experience in working in a customer-focused environment.
5. Experience of providing information & advice.
6. Understanding of the UoR and HBS application process and higher education admission processes
7. Knowledge of personal data management practice e.g., Freedom of Information, Data Protection, POPI, GDPR
8. Experience in the SA Higher Education sector
9. Experience of admissions in a higher education setting
10. Understanding of both undergraduate, postgraduate and masters level higher education admissions processes.
11. Well-developed understanding of lifelong and adult learning
Skills:
- Computer literate with experience in MS Word, Excel, and email packages
- A confident user of databases and reporting tools
- Ability to extract intelligence from data and critical analysis and present it in an understandable way.
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to engage with prospective applicants over a long period of time to secure commitment
