POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
A respected and established player in the financial industry is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join their high-performing team. The ideal candidate is analytical, an excellent communicator, and thrives in collaborative environments. In this role, you will be responsible for leading JAD sessions, compiling comprehensive business cases for proposed projects, and clearly defining and communicating business requirements to key stakeholders.
Job Experience & Skills Required:

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the full SDLC
Proven experience facilitating JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions
Prior experience in the financial sector is highly advantageous
