Are you a skilled contract professional ready to take ownership of high-value contracts in a dynamic project environment? Our client is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to manage and report on contracts, support procurement planning, and ensure compliance across all project phases.
ð§ Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor contract performance and modifications.
- Prepare and manage contract documentation, claims, and site instructions.
- Support project and construction managers with contract-related tasks.
- Coordinate procurement enquiries and tender processes.
- Maintain audit files and ensure contract close-out procedures are followed.
- Mentor junior contract administrators and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:- National Diploma in a relevant field (Essential)
- 3–5 years’ experience in contract administration (Essential)
- Proficiency in SAP and Coupa modules (Essential)
- Experience in heavy industry or mining environments (Desirable)

Reporting & Leadership:- Report on contract status, documentation, and compliance.
- Lead procurement reporting and enquiry coordination.
- Drive improvements in procurement and contract systems.
