SUMMARY:
Our client is a large Building Contractor with a national footprint who is looking to employ a solid Contracts Manager in Johannesburg

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

Must have relevant qualifications
Must have solid experience on large and intricate large building projects
Must live in Johannesburg or be willing to relocate there
Must have a stable CV and track record with contactable references

Duties

Contract co-ordination and supervision
Set up, establish, control and manage construction sites from award of tender to completion of contract
Including financial management of projects
Client liaison
Attendance at site meetings
Appoint and manage subcontractors for the duration of the contract
Adjudication of sub contract contracts of sub-contractors
Quality Control management
Time and Cost Management
General administration duties
Tendering duties
