Do you have that PR/Marketing personality who loves dealing with clients? We have a dual role where you will be managing conveyancing secretary duties with the responsibility of calling on key accounts building solid client relationships. Excellent opportunity to further your career and must be bilingual in Afrikaans and English!

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication in Afrikaans and English

Outgoing, confident peoples person

Accurate financial skills & passionate within this industry

Working on LexisConvey and E4

Strong client liaison skills and effective problem-solving skills

Loyal and able to work independently and use initiative

Meticulous, strong attention to detail and deadline orientated

Ability to work well with a team and assist where needed

Ability to handle workload of 60 active files

 

DUTIES

Reporting to a Director

Managing Key Accounts and calling on clients being the main key accounts client liaison

Sectional title and estate transfers

Handling developments, plot and plan from inception to finalisation

Handling 60 active files with assistance

Drafting of transfer documents

Drafting and compiling of conveyancing documents for lodgement and registration

General office administration duties

Liaising with clients and attorneys

Liaising with the banks and deeds office

Typing of legal documentation

Dealing with client’s queries

Regular reporting to agents and clients

Assisting with other team members where required

Working on LexisConvey and E4

 

SALARY - depending on experience, plus Provident Fund
