Snr Manager: Digital Transformation & Knowledge Management

Key Performance Areas:

• Develop a Digital Business Strategy and Roadmap for the organisation with a view of identifying Digital Opportunities that will help pivot the business for new revenue streams.
• Help the business digitize their business with a view of embracing 4IR opportunities for the business.
• Develop the information and knowledge management strategy.
• Leads the implementation of the digital business strategy and roadmap, and ensures its integration with the enterprise strategic planning process, and the resulting business strategy and plans.
• Provides a single point of coordination and executive oversight for all digital initiatives and transformation projects.
• Leads the process to identify and evaluate internal digital asset capabilities and strength.
• Assesses external digital opportunities and threats as key inputs to making the best decisions on business strategy, given digital realities.
• Ensures that the enterprise is developing the digital assets and capabilities that will be needed to survive and thrive in the midterm and long term.
• Acts as a champion and change agent in leading the organizational changes required to create and sustain enterprise digital capabilities.
• Defines and reports on digital business KPIs and metrics that represent progress against digital goals.

Requirement & Qualifications:

• An appropriate degree or equivalent in Information Communication Technology. A Post Graduate Degree in Information Communication and Technology / Business Management is preferable; MSc or higher will be an added advantage.
• 10 years’ working experience in the technology environment.
• 3 years’ management experience.
• 3 years’ experience driving digital transformation / business.
• Experience in knowledge and record management.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Considerable knowledge of business theory, business process management, budgeting, and business office operations.
• Public speaking i.e. presentations, etc.
• Professional membership will an advantage.
