Snr Product Development Specialist

Reputable Asset Mgt firm seeks highly analytical individual. Pivotal role to conceptualise and develop new products, plus enhance existing products. Conduct research and plan service delivery. Exciting career opportunity. Great culture.

Main Responsibilities:

Be instrumental in conducting research and gathering information.
Identify ideal target markets for product launches and sales, and ensure new products are viable.
Research, conceptualise, develop and launch new products.
Make recommendations on product improvements and ensure solutions are appropriate.
Assess market needs, product performance and analyse competitors.
Update database/s with findings and information to identify trends.
Test the effectiveness of current products and look at alternatives, if necessary.
Analyse data on customer / client needs, market / industry trends, etc
Provide meaningful insights to the business.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Other key duties to be discussed at interview stage.

Qualifications and Experience:

BCom or BSc degree in Maths, Stats, Actuarial Science.
Hons or Masters, an advantage.
Product Development exp in Asset Mgt or Investments, banking or Insurance.
