RFP Specialist - Bid and Proposal Mgt

Reputable international Asset Mgt firm seeks self-starter. Pivotal role to communicate strategic and tactical initiatives. Be instrumental in compiling high quality RFPs and collaborate closely with Investment specialist. Ensure corporate information and investment content is of the highest quality. Utilise your creative and analytical skills in fast paced financial environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to client queries in the form of Request for Proposals.
• Ensure RFP’s they are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard.
• Cover global request for proposals, due diligence questionnaires and ad hoc requests.
• Build up product knowledge across equities, fixed income, multi-asset and other asset mgt products.
• Working closely with product specialists and fund managers for Questionnaires.
• Contribution to key projects and network with the wider business.
• Develop product content/language that is used in proposals.
• Experience with RFP automation tools like Loopio an advantage.
• Create and delivery complex, high quality responses to client proposals and DDQs.
• Ensure communication is consistent with business objectives and strategic messaging.
• Screen public tender databases and identify opportunities.
• Boost knowledge-sharing, quality and process improvements.
• Manage diverse and complex projects.
• Work with technology such as desktop apps, content mgt systems, communication platforms.
• Other key duties be discussed at interview stage.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BCom or BSc degree ess. Hons and Masters an advantage.
• 5 to 8 years exp in Bid Proposal Mgt or RFP exp in Asset Mgt, Investment Banking etc.
