Snr SAP Expert(Dev and Functional)

Role tasks:

• Development and maintenance on platform/application
• Understand the business requirements
• Review and present proposed system solution to IT
  Project Manager / Leader and User Management or
  System owner
• Develop systems solutions in line with quality and
  delivery requirements
• ABAP debugging is beneficial (Workbench related
  knowledge of new development/enhancements)
• Setting up the organization structure of Materials
  Management
•  Preparation of testing documents and performing internal
  testing
• Preparation of Master Data templates for various objects
  like Material Master, Vendor Master, etc.
• Integration testing with other modules
• Understand interfaces, IDOC, and RFC's processing
• Preparing the cut over strategy for MM objects
• Preparing User manuals and conducting training to
  business process owners
• Go-live preparation and post-Go-live support
• Interaction with clients through meetings, calls, and
  emails
• Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per
  ISO standards)
• Meet with end-users and gather requirements
• Facilitate daily stand-ups
• Ability and willingness to coach and give training to colleagues and users when required
• User training

Technical / Functional skills:

• SAP ABAP workbench
• SAP modules (MM, HU, SD)
• SAP Workflow
• SAP IDOCs Interfaces
• SAP BSP (with HTML & SAP)

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work interdependently as well as independently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent
