JOB SUMMARY:
One of our client a giant in the telecommunications space is recruiting for a Senior Specialist: Design Lead for a 12 months contractual period. This role is based in Johannesburg North, this person will be required to work hybrid. To drive technical design of products, product roadmaps, and design thinking. Also known as Technical Business Analyst or Business Architect.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical Knowledge or Required Skills. Your background should include:
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science or electrical engineering) will be considered with demonstrated Systems Engineering, or Solutions Architecture experience
5-7 years of experience designing new technology solutions, features, and processes, with a strong preference for candidates with Systems engineering or domain Architecture industry experience
Min 2 years of domain architecture hands on experience
At least 5 to 7 end-to-end technology solution design, development, testing and exiting experience
A solid understanding of digital business models, mobile and web technologies, and Enterprise Architecture domains
Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
Ability to apply a disciplined experimental and design thinking approach to technology solution design, development, testing and exiting
