JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with multiple teams managing, designing and building highly effective and commercially viable digital product strategies and roadmaps.
• Able to create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
• Analyse consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective.
• Work closely with the Business Units to develop growth, and engagement strategies of the digital product.
• Identify the cross-functional activities necessary to bring the product to market through the entire lifecycle of a product.
• Ensures that product strategy aligns with Company overall strategy and that roadmaps clearly support business goals.
• Identifying areas of friction within business processes and systems and pro-actively researching and recommending solutions.
• Creates and manages the product roadmap to capture the strategic plans and timeline for the product.
• Know how to estimate the time it will take to complete a project and identify potential problems related to scope or limited resources.
• Facilitate the collection, documentation and analysis of requirements.
• Document understanding of scope, complexity and dependencies.
• Coordinate and oversee Change Management tasks.
• Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
• Transfer day-to-day responsibility of the digital product beyond the incubation stage back to business units once the desired KPIs have been achieved.
• Responsible for collecting ideas, prioritizing them, and adding them to the roadmap.
• Responsible for both strategic and tactical activities and are able to easily context-switch between an internal and external focus.
